Charity 5K Run Series
We organize 5K runs throughout the year that benefit local
nonprofits and community initiatives. Whether you're aiming for
a personal record or enjoying a steady-paced group run, our
events welcome runners of all levels. Each event includes water
stations, course marshals, and a post-race celebration where
participants connect with the community they've just supported.
Power Walking Meetup Groups
Join regularly scheduled power walking groups meeting 2-3 times
per week across local parks in your area. We keep groups
intentionally small—15 to 25 people—so everyone gets to know
each other. Routes range from 2 to 4 miles depending on the
group's pace, with no pressure to commit to every session.
Guided Trail Hiking Expeditions
Explore regional trails on guided monthly hikes tailored to
different ability levels. Our experienced guides provide route
planning, safety briefings, and real knowledge about local
ecosystems. Hikes typically run 3 to 6 miles with plenty of time
to pause, take photos, and enjoy conversations with fellow
hikers.
Seasonal Outdoor Fitness Festivals
Twice a year, we host full-day outdoor fitness festivals
featuring multiple activities—running clinics, walking
challenges, yoga sessions, and vendor booths from local
nutrition and wellness companies. These festivals celebrate our
community and give you the chance to try new activities in a
welcoming, supportive environment.
